Good morning! 1st post for the year! Hello 2012, I know you’ll be awesome ♥

Parang baliw, I spent more than a minute (won’t tell you how long haha) deciding what my 1st blog post should be like… as if it would be indicative of how my year would turn out HAHA. I initially wanted it to be a picture but since it’s the first post anyway here’s a little effort :)

So what could be more cliche than a bunch of fireworks on New Year’s Eve and Katy Perry’s song for the video? Actually, a lot more #anoba :)) New Year’s Eve traditions: Auld Lang Syne (one of the most popular songs I don’t know the full lyrics to haha fark), 12am jumps (liit ko pa rin HAHA), circle stuff and more! ♥

Spent the countdown with my family. I didn’t shoot a lot of clips cause we were being jumpy most of the time and shaky videos aren’t really that pretty. Danced corny moves with my sister and little cousins (cause we’re such great dancers, yeah HAHAHA). Oh and with a bunch of strangers too when we joined the conga line leading us outside the ballroom for the fireworks. Blow ze trumpets! Fa la la la la.

I love her room so much, it’s so cozy and every little trinket and decoration has a story attached to it! :) Wasn’t able to shoot much and I’m not satisfied with this video but I can’t help but share portions of her room even in snippets :)) I demand a re-shoot :)) Oh and hello :) HAHA

HIGHLIGHTS:
- 3am call time (deads HAHA)
- The intense trek and never ending rocks zzz
- Chow Fan 11am expiry date (Which means we have to be at the crater by 11am instead of 12nn cause our lunch will get spoiled HAHA)
- Seeing Papa Piolo in the middle of nowhere :)) Note to self: Prince Charming-s can be found in active volcanoes :))
- Watching slippers get carried away by the streams, watching havaianas tire your feet (crocs > havaianas only in trekking HAHA)
- 700 image + videos on my camera! :))
- Perfect weather! Thank God! Sun was up but it was cloudy plus the only time it drizzled a bit was when we were in the crater lake yay!
- Putting on our dry clothes after swimming.. behind the bushes cause we’re tired and the washroom is so far away :))
- If you’re looking for the best Gatorade, it can be found at the crater for Php 70 :))
- Dreaming of a cable car that would brink us back down the mountain :))
- The crater lake was green, green-ish blue.
