I had a feeling I’ll be needing a similar doormat someday (those who know me well would understand my speechless-moment dilemma HAHA). Since all I have is a picture, I’lI convince myself it’s good enough; that is, if reading my posts isn’t far out from the times you show up on my doorstep. Fa la la la, isn’t it such a lovely mat? HAHA What’s your favorite color? How often do you use a blender? HAHAHA. Good night ♥ Xx

Casa Pastéis de Belém is an egg tart pastry shop in Lisbon created by Catholic nuns in order to survive the 18th century Liberal Revolution in Portugal - the time when convents and monasteries were all being closed and clergymen were massively expelled. Named after the bakery, the famous egg tarts soon became known as Pastéis de Belém. First three shots from Steffi :)

Did I ever mention how much I love egg tarts (esp with cinnamon)? It’s like the ultimate breakfast food next to bacon. Nothing can ever beat bacon, I love bacon - who doesn’t love bacon, but that’s another story. I forgot how much a whole plate of egg tarts cost but you could opt to buy it for € 0.90/pc.

And since Casa Pastéis de Belém hasn’t opened any branches here in the Philippines, we could always get a taste of equally awesome egg tarts from Lord Stow’s Bakery - branches in Podium, MOA, GH, and Glorietta.
