Aww :) Happy Valentines! Good night everyone ♥ Haha, doesn’t it just remind you of a Sacher-torte

You can’t have your cake and eat it too.

Grabbed dessert at Pages Deli with the girls. Goodness, how I adore themed shops, cafes, and restaurants ♥ Aside from the yummy looking menu, there’s just something about this place that’s so romantic and pretty. Great for get-togethers, sweet dates, or bonding time with your favorite book or journal! Book quotes from the classics are even printed on their menu, walls, mirrors, windows, and drinking glasses. Plus a print out of a quote for every meal! They have vintage stuff scattered around the place too for your dose of inspiration - a pretty sight don’t you think? :P

You could visit them anytime of the day for coffee or wine. They specialize in gourmet sandwiches but they also serve pasta, soups, salads, and cakes. You could even purchase imported cheese and sausages! Their menu is definitely a must-try checklist :) Since my friends and I had heavy dinner, we just munched on Belgian Chocolate and Magnolia Cakes.

It’s cute and funny how we always end up wearing matching clothes or colors no matter where we are without even talking about it HAHA :) It was nice seeing you lovely girls! I love this photo of us HAHA. High five to all our memories! You guys always give me a good laugh. See you again soon xxx

Pages Deli could be found at The Streetscape, Shangri-la Plaza Mall, Metro Manila, PH | Open from 10am - 12mn on weekends and 11am - 11pm on weekdays | Contact number (02) 447-4718 :)

Cake Pops: The first time my uncle saw it he asked me “Why did they serve your lollipop on a plate?” :))

Ohhhh, someone sent us cake! ♥Just saw this slice on my desk after fixing up in the dresser.
Decadence Chocolate Cake from Goodies N’ Sweets :) To please non-caramel fans, the caramel spread’s packaged in a separate container which I think is awesome that way. This thick brownie-like cake isn’t exactly a favorite since it tastes pretty ordinary without the caramel. What’s awesome about it though is their recipe for the outer chocolate coating which I’d love to eat over and over again like eating straight from a Nutella jar. Goodies N’ Sweets branches: GH, Shangri-la, and Rustan’s Makati.

This came in earlier today just in time for merienda and even though Mango Bravo’s still the best cake I ever had in Conti’s, Choco Overload would always run a close second. Why? Think layers of chocolate brownies, creme, mousse, icing, and syrup all in a single bite; it’s like the rugged brother of the usually dainty chocolate mousse. True to its name, it’s the cake one would look for over and over to satisfy an insatiable chocolate fix. I murdered 1/4 of it a few hours ago and I’m planning on doing it again before I hit the sack :))

I think I’ll never grow tired Estrel’s Caramel Cakes. From the evenly layered chiffon and caramel coat to the beautifully placed icing, merely staring at it would always make me feel like Pavlov’s salivating puppy. I seriously wouldn’t mind finishing the whole thing by myself, but then again it would be quite unfair not to share the you-could-be-my-wedding-cake cake. All cakes are made-to-order and are baked on its pick up date.
